RED-60 DHCP problems

Hi
I have one XG 210 v18 MR5 and one RED-60 whit built in WiFi card.
Randomly the DHCP on the RED cable connected computers stops working. WiFi DHCP still works.
When this happens, we need to restart the RED box.
Can't find anything in the logs. And we are trying to set the RED in debug mode whit USB drive.
But nothing gets written to the USB drive.
The RED box has made RMAd once but we still have the same issue.

Any suggestions?
