Hello, I am looking to set up traffic on a voice data only firewall. The phone provider recommends to keep HTTP/HTTPS open in order for the phones to work correctly, but we did not want to have traffic going over the internet. Is it possible to have both of those ports open but not allow traffic over the internet?
Certainly, assuming the phones are on their own network or have a unique way of identifying them in the network/firewall.
where would the traffic go after it leaves the firewall?
Hello, I would want the traffic to go strictly through our voice network. We did not want to have to enable anything internet related, but the phone provider said it would need HTTP/HTTPS. I am wondering if it's possible to restrict the services to just the phones and block any other HTTP/HTTPS connection.
