I have the following Problem.....
After an restart of my Sophos XG, my Sophos can,t display my Sophis License.
If I want to got to the license state over "Administration" and then the license button an error appears with an message..."Your Network connection is not working fine...."
But I have no network problems, all other functions/ sites etc. show up and working fine.....
So anyone can help or have an idea?

It is now working fine in Forefox too. I deleted the cache and stored website information in firefox.
Try to reset the Certificate via CLI. Option 3 then 4.
Is this appliance already registered?
Thank you, I will try. Yes it is. It is running over a year now. Without any probs. And If I use Chrome and not Firefox, the license site show up correct.
Maybe it is an browser bug?
