How to apply bandwidth restrictions for a ip host group?

Hi, im trying to apply this guide https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035653?language=en_US to my setup but it doesnt work, does anybody if i can set a bandwith limit for a complete group?

As you can see, the limit doesnt work. Anybody has an idea? thanks!

    what is the connection speed of your link? You are aware that your setting is for 80mb/s (10,000KB/s)?
