How to apply bandwidth restrictions for a ip host group?

Hi, im trying to apply this guide https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035653?language=en_US to my setup but it doesnt work, does anybody if i can set a bandwith limit for a complete group?

As you can see, the limit doesnt work. Anybody has an idea? thanks!

    Bytes vs Bits.  Notice that Sophos calculates the bandwidth in Kilobytes (KBs or KBps) vs kilobits (Kbps).  10,000 Kilobytes (KBs) per second = 80 Megabits (Mbps) per second.  If you want to limit them to 10 Megabits (Mbps) per second you need to set your policy to 1250 Kilobytes (KBs) per second.
