How to apply bandwidth restrictions for a ip host group?

Hi, im trying to apply this guide https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035653?language=en_US to my setup but it doesnt work, does anybody if i can set a bandwith limit for a complete group?

As you can see, the limit doesnt work. Anybody has an idea? thanks!

    Hi Miguel Cruz,

    1. if your internet BW not dedicated , please make sure you have correct setting value for "Total available WAN bandwidth"
    on Configure --> System Services ---> Traffic Shapping Setting, sometimes the issue come from your BW is up to not 1:1
    2. Please check not only from speedtest, check using another speedtest website.
