Hi,
we are running a site with a XG210 Cluster with SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396. On top of this there is an Aruba WLAN. There are also some other Client LAN networks.
I try to ping google or any website. If I connect to the WLAN in the beginning I can only reach the Gateway (Sophos XG). After a while everything is working as expected. The LANs are working without issues although the configuration is more or less the same. The error is also on other protocols like htttp(s).
I switched off the W10 recognition of internet connection by registry key - the problem still exists.
I switched of AV Scan. Still no change.
I rechecked the WLAN Config and did not find any issue (as it is working after a couple of minutes there is no reason to believe there is an error in the pysical network configuration.
The logfile does not show consistent information.It shows only the successful pings and the unsuccessfull accesses are not visible although there is an explicit deny for all roles. 
I am not sure whether this is an issue of Windows or the Sophos XG.
Has anybody seen this before and knows how to resolve it?
Hints are also appreachiated.
