Google services not working or very slow, any ideas?

Hi, i have noticed around 2 months ago, the google services are not working well, they are very slow, and i would like to try to add an exception for them, but I dont know how to do it, I saw this link support.google.com/.../9497877 but I dont understand also how to make it work with Sophos XG, so, could somebody help me please?

 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 To add the exceptions to the filer you need to use the following style: 
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?google\.com\.?/ 
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?gstatic\.com\.?/ 
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?googleusercontent\.com\.?/ 
 In the ones that finish on google.com you potentially only need the one I just posted above, but if you want to add the full exception you can follow this style: 
 ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?client-channel\google\.com\.?/
