    Hi Chetna, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    For a PPPoE Connection, You have the option to add VLAN Tag under DSL settings.

    Navigate to Network > Interface > Your PPPoE Interface > DSL Settings  and Enable VDSL with the VLAN tag which was given by ISP
