Team, today I have a question , why when i loaded a backup in a FW XG , the pass of the admin doesnt work?

The Backup does not contain your admin password. This is still the old password. Try this one or recover the password: support.sophos.com/.../KB-000035990

The something strange, because with the admin user does not log in but with a normal user yes, after loading the backup

Is the normal user a AD user and you load the backupwith AD Intergration?
