I am able to login to the management portal, but when I try to access certain services like the SD-Wan policy routing the xg device gets frozen and I have to reload the page. This is also happening when I try to access other services like the policy tester this happens as well. My first thought is to restart the device, but I would like to see if there is something else first. The device status is green and is using 10% of the CPU and 30% of the ram.
We have two XG210 devices in HA mode running SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 Firmware
I restarted the xg device last night and the issue has been resolved, I checked the logs and there wasnt anything threre I will update the firmware when its available on the device.
You can check the /log/tomcat.log and /log/csc.log to find clues on what might be happening.
However I would recommend upgrading to MR5 and check if the issue persists, MR5 solved some issues related to the GUI.
