Can't connect the remote network via RED

Hello,
I have connection between two sites (Head Office and Branch Office) in the HeadOffice i have an XG Firewall connecting to the Branch Office through RED, 
i can ping the RED from the XG Firewall, but cannot ping the hosts behind the RED. 
i can also reach the hosts behind the RED from the XG, but not from the internal hosts.

    Please ensure that a firewall rule is configured to allow communication between XG network and RED network.
