since this morning (8th April 2021) I receive a copy of my daily reports every hour.
what is BST and where did it come from, I am in Eastern Australia and in the none daylight savings time, AEST GMT +10
Correction, I am receiving them every 30 minutes.

BST is British Standard Time.
Can you confirm by running the frequency the email is being sent out
# grep Executive smtpd_main.log
# less applog.log | grep "Executive"
# less ntpclient.log
# less iview.log (Does this one shows any error?)
# psql -U nobody -d corporate -c "select * from tblmailschedule;" -x
I am waiting for my report, I checked the one from yesterday but it was ok, this was the Executive Report, is this incorrect zone time showing for all of your reports?
Also double-check the time didn't change in the Firewall (System >> Administration >> Time) I don't think so. or just run
# date

The first command file smtpd_mail.log does not exist.
Current time is 1021.
I added some more logs to my initial answer.
the log is smtpd_mail.log
typing mistake on answer smtpd_mail.log does not exist.
I assume I need to change to the log directory because none of the other files are found?
Oh sorry, yes you need to change to /log/ directory.
and yes I keep writing incorrectly the correct log is smtpd_main.log

Interestingly, I have not received any reports for over an hour basically since I started trying to run your requests for answers.
The reports started being delivered every 30 minutes again this morning.
The logviewer shows the mail being sent and delivered.
I restarted the XG to see if that wold fix the issue. The reports generated immediately after the restart still show BST, why?
I tried running those commands you provided after the restart and still files not found.

That’s strange, can you please open a ticket with Support and reference this Case ID, include the Email report, and the output of the commands I share with you.
I am hom eiser, so the support is not available to me. Probably the best I can do open the access to the XG or re-install if I can find an ISO.

Today's report's (10th April) show the reporting date for the 8th of April. I was trying to locate guest user traffic which of course was on the 9th of April.
