XG135 Webadmin Internal Server Error

What are the firewall model number and firmware versions? Did you run packet capture from CLI or the GUI?

This is fixed in MR5.

Just to add, you don't need to restart the Firewall, you can SSH into the XG, and restart the tomcat service from the Advanced Shell. (5>3)

# system tomcat:restart -ds nosync
