Can't contact sophos central for the past 5 minutes

It could be the connection interruption between central and firewall due to the unstable gateway. 

Could you provide a dgd.log file from your firewall?

There are few gateway status entries where it was reported dead, but those entries are from yesterday only. If you're still getting the message, open a support case at support.sophos.com.
