&lt;p&gt;Current Firewall config:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LAN 1 PORT IP: 172.23.12.1/25&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LAN4 PORT IP: 172.16.16.16 (Sophos default interface IP)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DNS Setting: 172.23.12.5&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;DNS2: 172.23.12.6&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am trying to connect it to a trunk configured port.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gateway IP: 172.23.12.100&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I connect it and see the port is live, however when pinging on the network. It times out, so not sure what else I need to configure?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In another SSH session run below command.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;console&amp;gt; drop-packet-capture &amp;#39;port 4444&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your response, I did all that I found on the Sophos website and I was able to access the GUI locally.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However after connecting it to the domain and it being given an IP address via DHCP on the network, I was then not able to access the GUI&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ensure that HTTPS access is turned on for LAN zone under SYSTEM &amp;gt; Administration &amp;gt; Device access.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Who is working as a DHCP server?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may also check packet flow for web admin port on Sophos XG by referring to the below article.&lt;/p&gt;
