Unable to access the GUI when connecting to domain

IP address has been changed from the default 172.16.1.15x for example, however when connecting it to the domain and it picking an IP address through DHCP, I am then unable to access the firewall GUI, why might this be the case?

Ensure that HTTPS access is turned on for LAN zone under SYSTEM > Administration > Device access.

Who is working as a DHCP server?

You may also check packet flow for web admin port on Sophos XG by referring to the below article.
