Upgrading XG106 to XG125w

Is it possible to backup XG106 v18 and restore into XG125w? I think it should be possible even though the 125 has more ethernet ports than the 106, but going from a non-WiFi appliance to a WiFi appliance is what concerns me.

Check out the following document for more info:

Sophos XG Firewall, Sophos UTM, Cyberoam: Backup-restore compatibility check

"You can do a backup-restore from a wireless appliance to a wireless appliance only with the satisfaction of the condition stated in the first bullet."

However, you could use the import/export feature to import partial configuration: Import export

Thanks for the quick response. If I understand the WiFi part, I cannot do a backup on the 106 and restore it on the 125w. Rather, I'd have to do an export then an import?
