 Recently when I click through to it the page reports its loading then I just have a white screen. 
 This is the same via partner access or via the client&amp;#39;s credentials. &lt;p&gt;does the XG show that it is being managed by CM? You might need to delete the existing registration and start a new registration.&lt;/p&gt;
