Hi everyone,
I have a customer who has bought 5 pcs. of AP15 Access points about a year ago. Four of them were installed then, one was not installed then. Yesterday I tried to install this last AP15 but I failed.I could not see the AP in the XG access point settings and therefore was not able to add it.
The Led of the devices is permanent orange (no blinking!). I have looked into the manual but this situation is not covered in the manual.
Does anyone knows what this means? How can I add the access point to the current environment?
