XG Firewalls v.18 Losing Connection to Sophos Central

We have had multiple firewalls sending notifications of Firewalls losing connection to Sophos Central multiple times a day. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Can you observe your logs on the /log/ while this happen?

We are having exactly the same problema with XG 230 and v.18.0.4 and so far with no solution!

If someone knows any kind of solution, please let me know! Thanks

I would ask you to check if you also see the Server Error 500 (timeout) entries in the u2d.log on your machines. If yes I would say they are related.
