ApplicationFilterCategory problem

Hi, 

I'm trying to add ApplicationFilterCategory with this request: 

<Set operation="add"><ApplicationFilterCategory><Name>hi</Name><Description>krjdfghdjfkhgdfjk</Description><QoSPolicy>None</QoSPolicy><BandwidthUsageType>Shared</BandwidthUsageType></ApplicationFilterCategory></Set>

than I get the 'Configuration applied successfully.' message.

But when I'm trying to list ApplicationFilterCategory, I cannot see it.

When I try to view or add ApplicationFilterCategory on the web console, I cannot add.

I'm using version '1702.1'

Please help
