Central Synchronization-Approval Pending

You need to hover about "Approval Pending" with your mouse to show the accept central management dialog.

i did that but when i click on it nothing happens

There might be a browser cache problem.

Are you using Microsoft Edge?

Then clear any website / cache data in your browser settings.

i cleared the cache and use a different browser still the seem problem

Did you tried to remove and register the XG again in Central?

Otherwise you need to create a support ticket via support.sophos.com
