Cyberoam VPN SSL cerficate error without remote access

I have configured an SSL VPN from my cyberoam in order to remotely access all the servers. Locally I have access to the VPN, but when I connect from an external network I do not have access and I get a caption like this: "WARNING: No server certificate verification method has been enabled. See Tue Jun 19 03:17:24 2018 Note: can not open crssl_client_status.log for WRITE "

Can someone help me solve this problem please?
