Hey Community,

RCA has been found by development and a new signature pattern is being released to fix this issue.

[RESOLVED] Application signature update will be pushed out as a hotfix. Please run an update manually if you do not see pattern version:

3.14.83 or 5.14.83

Once done, you will then need to reload the web proxy service by 1 of 3 ways:

Reboot XG
Restart awarrenhttp service by running command from "Advance Console": service awarrenhttp:reload -ds nosync
From the WebAdmin by browsing to "Protect > Web > General Settings", then click the "Apply" button in the "Protection frame"

Hi sachingurung ,

Its really creepy movement and how can Sophos do such silly mistake. This is a second time in last 4 month where Sophos started blocking legitimate traffic.

Even when nsxl was introduced with v17, Sophos had migrated from WINGc to nsxl even when cloud database was not ready.
