Is there any way to download the Sophos Switch Firmware manually as the customer didn't buy the Sophos Central License for Switch?

Could you try downloading on your Sophos Central Account then > go to Protect Device > Switches > Download firmware for your switch

Thanks for the reply. As i informed earlier that the customer didn't buy the Central License for Switch, Can we still able to register / download the firmware manually?

Thanks for this additional information, you cannot register/manage your Switch to Central without a valid license subscription it comes alongside this list: - Firmware updates are not available, No phone support and No advanced RMA support.
However you can still check on the customer's registered Sophos Central Account if he can download manually using this same steps above: Sophos Central Account then > go to Protect Device > Switches > Download firmware for your switch
I tested a personal account registered and I can still download. An "End User Terms of Use & Export Compliance" page will open after you click on "Download firmware for your switch" then after you filled up and accepted terms, download should begin.

May you confirm where are you trying to download the firmware? As stated above you need to be logged on to your Sophos Central Account then > go to Protect Device > Switches > Download firmware for your switch
