XCover 4S cannot be reset

Hello, we have a Sasumng XCover 4 S EE and the correct status is displayed (see appendix). Since I don't have the screen lock PIN, I wanted to reset it via Mobile Central. But that does not work, just as the complete reset is not carried out. But I have concerns to reset it by hard reset, as the warning always comes up that the data of the Google account is required to set up. But there is no such thing as we have integrated the devices completely via Sophos, no containers. What can you do there? I am very grateful for quick help.
