• User's email not syncing after internal Exchange crash

    Hi all, Our internal Exchange crashed this morning and now that it's back up and running Secure Email through Sophos Mobile is not syncing. I've tried to manually sync, have the user un-install and re-install, nothing. Any suggestions?

    We are running Server version: 6.1.8 (rev 7159) of Sophos Mobile Control. Is this version compatible with IOS 10 or will there be a new version of SMC when IOS 10 is released?
