Authentication Problem With Time-Based OTP

Hi guys,

I use Sophos Mobile Security's authenticator to generate time based One-Time-Passwords (TOTP) for 2-Faktor-Authentication (2FA),

Initially everything worked well, but since last two days these TOTPs are not accepted anymore by the account I used to log in.

Support mentioned that time synchronization could solve this problem.

So my question is:

Is it possible to synchronize the authenticator clock to Sophos' server time (as it is when using Google's Authenticator)?

And if it is possible, what do I have to do?
