Sophos Secure Email (Android) - Contact synchronization

Hello everyone,

we have two questions regarding the contact synchronization in the Sophos Secure Email app for Android.

1. Is there a way to initate the synchronization on demand?

2. How can I synchronize subfolders in my contacts?

Hi Sebastian,

From Sophos Mobile Control, under Configure > Profile,Policies > Android > Add Configuration > Corporate Email check Export Contacts to device checkbox.

From Sophos Mobile Control, under Configure > Profile,Policies > Android > Add Configuration > Corporate Email check Export Contacts to device checkbox.

Hi Haridoss,

yes, we've check this box and this working fine.

But my question was regarding the synchronization of subfolders in the outlook contacts.
