SSE: The app is locked by the administrator

Hello everyone,

 

we have the following Problem:

"Sophos Secure Email" can't be startet getting the error: " Sophos-Container blocked, the app is locked by the Administrator".

 

But we don't know how to unlock it and why it is locked!

 

More Information:

Sophos Mobile Control says: Device complies with company Guidelines OK

 

Sophos Central:

Device is managed OK

Device complies with company Guidelines OK

Container access is OK

 

Samsung Smartphone with Android 6.0.1

 

Reinstalling Sophos Secure E-Mail doesn't help

Sophos central "Update Data" doesn't help

 

Our goal is not to reinstall everything completely.

Maybe someone has an idea?

    Hi Lovax, 

    In this scenario, we need to check if the device still complains to the policy. Also, check with your administrator to find out if the device looks good on the Sophos Mobile Console. Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.

    In this scenario, we need to check if the device still complains to the policy. Also, check with your administrator to find out if the device looks good on the Sophos Mobile Console. Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.
