SMC Trail License checking failure

Hello everyone,

so I did set up an SMC Server and entered my Mailadress for the Trail License. Now It says "Die Serverlizenz ist ungültig oder abgelaufen. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator" as in english the License is ivalid or expired. Last one can't be true since the Server itsefl shows that the License is valid until 14.04.2017. So my Question is, firstly why does the Server show this messag if it is valid. Secondly what do i do for continuing my Testings with the SMC. We ar evaluating the different MDM-providers and i was given the task to test the Sohps Mobil Control for us.

    Hi Ali,

    well i had a Snapshot of that VM from previos the Sophos Installation. So i used this Point and made a new installation, now it works. I think i entered the wrong E-Mailadress at the first Install. However Sophos didn't recognise it as wrong, but had Problems after entering this Mailadress. Well, however the Sophos-license is now working correctly.

    So thanks for trying to help.
    If i will get the problem again while testing, i will try your suggested help.
