DEP Config with SMC 6.1

hello,

I have enrolled in Apple DEP, we have been approved and linked SMC 6.1 and the DEP website via the required tokens.

i am having issues setting up devices, have been onto apple but they are unable to provide a solution. our mobile supplier has added 2 test devices to our DEP account, i have assigned the devices to our MDM server on the DEP website.

i have forced sync and imported the devices into the customer container in SMC and applied the MDM profile. hard rest the devices and started the activation but i get so far and a message is displayed on both devices as below, on the customer devices it does say the profile has been pushed under the status of the profile deployment.

just wondering if anyone else has ever come across this?

the error\info thats displayed is "The configuration for your iphone could not be download" "The configuration is not available"
