SMC 6.1.4: DEP-enrolled iPad requires Apple ID for App-Installation

Good Morning and TGIF,

The good news: My SMC-Server is integrated in my DEP-Portal and all my iPads are automatically attached to the SMC-Server. When I reset one of my iPads, it comes up (after the wifi-configuration) with the installation via DEP and the iPad shows up in my SMC-Server under "devices".

Problem 1: The device is NOT managed. Only the EAS is checked as OK.

Problem 2: The installation of any app (control-app or other app) from the VPP requires an apple ID.

Problem 3: An App cannot be installed directly via "Installation" to this iPad, it does not show up to be chosen for installation. BUT I can choose a task bundle to install an app. The installation of an own app from our own app store works fine!

So there's mainly the problem to install VPP-Apps from the app-store and getting the device into the managed state.
