Unable to connect to Wi-Fi for Sophos Control sync due to network restrictions

Hi,

I am trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network to sync my device with Sophos Control, but network access is restricted. If I change the policy, it won't update because there's no connection, creating an endless loop. Furthermore, a factory reset is not an option due to imposed restrictions. What are my available solutions?

    Thank oyu for reaching out to the community forum.

    When you mentioned network access is restricted, was it restricted due to the policy being pushed to your device, or was it on the place where you're trying to connect through wifi? 
    Also have you tried using mobile data in order for your device to sync?
