Enrollment is completed and everything appears fine in the console, but the device continues to ask for the account username.
I have that problem only with that device, it is a galaxy A24 with android 13

Could you provide us with some additional details on how you proceeded with the enrollment? Was this done manually by using the "Add Device Wizard" in Sophos Central, or were you using either the Zero-touch enrollment or QR code enrollment?
If this is the only device experiencing issues, I suggest factory resetting the device to re-enroll it. Otherwise, if the issue is more widespread this may require further investigation.
