Why I can't integrate my mobile to Sophos central?

Hello

I'm trying to add a mobile device to Sophos central with the option full device management and I get this error "Wrong management mode. you can only use this QR code to enroll an Android Enterprise device. Please contact IT". So I need some help with this issue.
