I had to factory reset some tablets due to being in Kiosk mode and them losing sync with Sophos.
When I tried to add one of them back I got an error message saying I can't add it back because it was using Android 10???
Is there anything I can do to get it enrolled back into Sophos Mobile again?
Hi Jesse,
Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
Let me know what version of Android you device is running. I was able to enroll a device running Android 9 successfully with a Full Device Android Enterprise policy.
Do you know if the enrollment you're performing is trying to set up the device with the depreciated "Device administrator" management mode?
I don't have it in front of me today, but I believe it's now running Android 10.
When it was first enrolled a year ago it was running Android 9.
Try ensuring that the policy you're using to enroll the device states "Android Enterprise device policy" and not "Device policy (legacy feature)".
Kiosk mode settings are available for both types of policies, so you may need to set up a new policy to proceed.
Would I be able to get a phone call to help figure out what my options are to re-enrolling tablets that are now using Android 10 or 11.
Galaxy Tab A
thanks
