I wonder if anyone can help, Im not to sure what im doing wrong.
I downloaded the example.csv from the mobile devices side.
But after filling in the fields and importing them, I get this :
Corrupt entries: 1
Then I dont seem to see the device, I gather its because of the above issue.

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
I suggest changing the "Operating system" to "windowsdesktop" to see if this works. I see this is the default value populated in the Example CSV.
When checking on devices that were not imported via CSV but added through normal enrollment, I see the following. The values will be replaced once the device checks in to the Sophos Mobile dashboard after the enrollment completes.

It looks like you've changed the "Device group" identifier and not the "Operating system". It still reads as "windowslaptop".
Oh whoops sorry I didnt think it would make a diff but now :
