Shared contacts

Thank you for reaching us. You need to have a secure email configured on your managed devices. From Sophos Mobile Control, under Configure > Policies > Android > Create > Sophos Container Policy > Add Configuration > Work email > check Export Contacts to device checkbox. You need to add the contacts to your Exchange contacts. Then it’ll pass the info to the secure email app> and then it will sync the contacts on the device.

Thanks for this, but I can’t use a generic account for all smartphone: I look for something where users don’t need to input the account password. No other options? We use only android, so cardav cannot be used.
