We cannot enroll Samsung devices after the last security patch that samsun launched.
The Phone starts the setup process but does not complete it and says it fails.
It doesn't even install the Sophos Mobile controll app.
Hello we have same issue but i dont think it is related to Samsung sec patch as on our side it does not work on new device but it also dose not work on older devices that had they last patch in 2019 (xcover 4) we tested it also with devices that were rolled out and up to date too and there is same issue.
