Intercept X macOS mass deployment through Sophos Central Mobile Task

I have been looking for a way to somehow centralize macbook management in my company without getting into Apple Business Manager or Jamf.

All I need so far is be able to do the following:

1. Centralized directory configuration

2. Mass app deployment

3. Remote Lock

4.Remote Wipe

Sophos Central Mobile seems promising in this regard but I have been having issue with the first two.

Every time when I have Directory service in my device policy, it would always show Failed to apply the policy:

I can manually configure Directory service without any issue just not through Sophos Central Mobile. There no logs so I am not really sure what is going on.

I also like to deploy Sophos Central Endpoint through Sophos Central Mobile for macs. What drives me crazy is that Central Mobile only accept APP in .pkg format. But you can only download .app format from Sophos Central Endpoint which mean I have to manually convert it. Is there a better way to achieve what I am trying to do here?
