Android Device doesn't get container policy

Hi there,

I've been having problems rolling out the container policy on various Android devices a lot lately.

The device get the android enterprise and the mobile threat policy. But the container policy remains on "no policy received".
I already tried to push the policy again, or restarted the device.
Sometimes it is working if I re-register device 2-4 times.

Is there an workaround to help me here or does anyone have a similar problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

    We have seen that this helps those devices: If the device is not receiving policies, it helps to jump to the Settings - All Apps / Work Profile - and delete Cache / Data of Sophos Mobile Control app. After this, the device is connecting again and getting the information.

    Hi Laslo,

    I appreciate your solution but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. By the way I'm not able to delete data of the Sophos Mobile controll app. I can only delete the cache of it.

    I also tried to delete the cache/data of the Sophos Secure Mail app.
