SOPHOS Authentificator APP

Question

Hello All, 
 i'am using SOPHOS Authentificator APP. Now i've lost my mobile and i can't sign into different websites. Is there anyone who can give me a hand how i can make it with my new mobile. 
 A HOWTO or something?

 Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community. 
 If the old device has been lost, you'll need to set up MFA once again. If there's a "Super Admin" user that still has access to Sophos Central, they can sign in and open your administrative user entry to click the "Reset" button next to "MFA Settings". 
 If you're the only person that has Super Admin access into Sophos Central, you'll need to reach out to our Customer Care team so that you can do a reset.
