Migration Sophos Mobile Control As A Service -> Sophos Central

Hallo,

in wenigen Tagen/Wochen wollen wir mit der Migration von Sophos Mobile Control As A Service auf Sophos Central starten.

Hat einer von euch die Migration bereits erfolgreich durchgeführt? Wie sind eure Erfahrungsberichte hierzu?

Musstet ihr im Vorfeld eine separate Lizenz für Central aktivieren, oder konnte eure Bestandslizenz übertragen werden? An wen habt ihr euch hierfür gewendet?

Gab es nach der Migration irgendwelche Probleme, die bei euch aufgetreten sind? (z.B Abgemeldete Geräte o.ä?)

Wir besitzen zwei Instanzen die wir jeweils separat auf zwei Sophos Central Instanzen migrieren müssen und sind aktuell noch ein wenig besorgt über mögliche Risiken, falls die Migration nicht erfolgreich durchlaufen sollte.

    Thank you for reaching is with regards to this query, I'll be this documentation that will answer all of your questions related to the migration from SaaS to Central known issue has been listed on the said documentation as well.
    For License, you need to reach our customer care team to migrate your license first before you proceed with the migration. 

    Note: Your Sophos Mobile license in Sophos Central must match the license of the account that you want to migrate. For example, you can’t migrate from a Mobile Advanced license to a Mobile Standard license.
