Sophos Self Service portal is blank

we are guiding users to install MDM via Self-service portal, however when they clicked the sophos self service portal link provided in the email setup link
Screenshot below is their result

Are you seeing this on other browsers as well? Also, please check the user management under Configuring self-service portal.
