Pop-up

 Hi,

 

around 500 times per day a Sophos pop up appears in the bottom right hand corner of my screen informing me taht a threat has been detected. How do you stop this from popping up?

I have to turn the sound off on my computer otherwise it can become very irritating.

    What is the threat name?

    Could it just be a PUA that needs to be authorized for example?

    I assume you are running Windows. 

    Is it Sophos Home managed by the cloud console?

    If it is Windows, does the threat name and path exist in:

    \programdata\sophos\sophos anti-virus\logs\sav.txt

    If so, what are they?
