How to remove threat ' WirelessUpdate Andr/Xgen2-p'

I have Sophos Mobile Security on my android phone. It's been infected with 'WirelessUpdate Version 4.5.1 Andr/Xgen2-p' and I CANNOT see how to remove it. Can someone please assist me? I don't know the procedure. Thank you.

Can you please help me with the make and Modle of your device? Do find any file path/location of the detected file?
