 The Sophos sofware says it needs manual cleanup is required. The Sophos notes on this say it is Windows executable. 
 Does that mean Mac is not vulnerable?

&lt;p&gt;Yes this is a piece of Windows malware, it can&amp;#39;t hurt you on a Mac. Not something you want lying around though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It probably came in on an email, if you look at the detection information it should give you the name of the file and location where it was detected. If you can manually navigate to that location it should just be a matter of deleting it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rebooting the machine and doing a full scan might be enough to resolve it automatically as well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
