Error Uploading Plugin

Question

I just attempted to load the Automate plugin through Control Center and the following error appeared. 
 There was an error uploading the new plugin: Could not load file or assembly file:///C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\Temp	mp43A0.tmp' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. *Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515) 
 
 Connectwise Automate Version and Patch Level: 2019.12 (Patch 12) 
 Sophos Central Plug-in Version Number (From Plugin Manager): did not install 
 Automate Server Location: Self-Hosted or Hosted by Connectwise? Hosted by Connectwise 
 Steps to reproduce the problem: error shows the moment you browse and add the plugin into the plugin manager

Hi Art, 
 When the plugin DLLs are downloaded from the internet, they have to be "Unblocked" on the File Properties before loading to the Solution Center. 
 
 Also note, after trying to load a blocked DLL, the Control Center may need to be restart before trying again.
